1. Use a lint roller to remove any lint on the press area.
2. Pre-press the garment for 10 seconds to remove any moisture. Do NOT skip this step! It also helps to ensure you have a wrinkle-free surface and warms up your apparel for a better press result.
3. Place the design on the garment and press according to “Settings” below.

SETTINGS

DTF INSTRUCTIONS

1. Actual press settings may differ due to equipment used and environmental conditions such as geographical elevation, room temperature and humidity. You’ll know you are pressing correctly when you can see the pattern of the fibers of the garment can be seen under the transfer. Our new softer film performs best at these settings:
2. Press at high pressure (9).
3. 100% Cotton:  start at 305-310F for 10 seconds and adjust as necessary
4. Polyester Blend:  290-300F for 10 seconds and adjust as necessary. A cool to cold peel is suggested for polyester - especially totes!
5. After pressing, wait 3-5 seconds, then peel the film from one corner in one consistent low and slow motion. Transfers can be peeled warm/hot or cool – they are on a hybrid film.
6. Cover with Teflon sheet or parchment paper and press the garment again for 5 to 10 seconds to secure the transfer.
